This is the favored design from BeachSide Slings so far. Once the center hole is drilled we put the piece back on the lathe and turn down the pine until the sling barrell literally forms around the centered spear hole. This extra step in manufacturing leaves you with an entirely customized look and feel that has yet to be seen elsewhere in Hawaiian Sling design.
